Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Website Content Administrator to support a busy team in our Great Yarmouth office. This is a key role where you will be responsible for maintaining and updating content on Gibb’s network of websites, as well as supporting Gibb’s marketing team in managing their busy digitisation development.


This role will be for an initial period of 6 months which will then be reviewed upon business needs.

What you will be doing
• Update content across all Gibb’s network of websites under the guidance of management.
• Provide a high standard of quality assurance against any content that is published.
• Build relationships with key suppliers for uploading correct detail and developing relationships in the Gibb supply chain.
• Help drive an increase in website analytics performance for our network of websites.
• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.


What we are looking for

Skills & Experience:
• Web copy editing skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong people and relationship building skills
• Conscientious, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter who is highly organised
• Able to use own initiative and prioritise
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with the application of content management systems
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience of using Google Analytics is desirable but not essential
• Basic knowledge of HTML is desirable but not essential
