The role 

Reporting into the CCO we are now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our London office.  

 

Role responsibilities 

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimise and assess enablement program 

  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy 

  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders 

  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales, product and marketing teams 

  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team 

  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps 

  • Tracking sales enablement metrics and KPIs and report back to sales leadership 

 

Skills and experience 

  • Bachelors Degree sales, marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience 

  • Proven work experience in prime revenue-facing teams, sales support, sales enablement, or sales training roles. 

  • Demonstrated experience in executing change management initiatives with the established approaches involvement. 

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems 

  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, and marketing 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Experience from shipping industry desired (but not a requirement)
