Role Summary

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Admin/Service team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Respond to and manage general queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare, send and manage documentation via email
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, including scanning and document control when required
  • Assist with related data entry through our own internal systems
  • Creation of certifications through our portal
  • Prepare customer quotations for service centre works
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as and when required

Other requirements

  • Previous office administration or work experience advantageous
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Team player with a flexible approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
