Role Summary
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR activities and broader company projects. You’ll be a friendly and approachable point of contact for employees, work closely with senior management, and help bring energy and structure to everything from recruitment to team events. You will be part of a collaborative HR team and have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
What you’ll be doing
• Work closely with the HR Senior Executive to ensure HRIS is updated and maintained.
• Support HR Senior Executive in HR reporting and HR operation matters.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist HR Business Partner in updating recruitment tracker, including joiner/mover/leaver statuses.
• Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews and to ensure proper onboarding is carried out.
• Assist with training, development, and performance tracking.
• Help organise and coordinate internal HR projects, company and CSR events.
• Maintain an annual company events calendar for HR.
• Support HR communications and help to foster a positive work culture.
• Assist in the improvement and digitalisation of HR processes.
• Liaise with senior management to support HR initiatives and actions.
• Provide general HR support and be a go-to person for employee queries.
• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

You also have:
• A completed Diploma in HR or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, verbal and written, to liaise with stakeholders
• A bubbly personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Confidence working with senior managers and leaders
• Enthusiasm for working on projects and organising employee events
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Some experience using HRIS (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Workday) would be advantageous
