Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting a fast-moving trading and investment platform. This role sits at the intersection of Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Finance — ideal for candidates who want direct exposure to markets and the mechanics behind institutional trading.

This is not a back-office processing role. You will work closely with front office teams to ensure trades flow correctly, issues are solved quickly, and operational risk is minimized.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor and support the daily trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.
  • Reconcile positions, cash, and P&L across internal and external systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with traders, brokers, custodians, and technology teams to resolve issues in real time.
  • Improve processes through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Support new product onboarding and operational initiatives.
  • Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance (Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or similar)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships in trading, finance, or operations preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python, Bloomberg, or trading systems is a plus
  • Experience with NetX 360+ is valuable
  • Interest in financial markets and how trading actually works behind the scenes
