Role Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and autonomous UX Designer who can make a positive impact on the user experience of our digital products. You will be creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that will solve real, sometimes complex, design problems and will meet our users’ needs.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with our Head of Product, other Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, to solve problems and deliver user-friendly, and intuitive, finding the balance between user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Plan, design, validate and improve the user experience of the product.
  • Conceptualise and create pixel-perfect design mock-ups from sketches, wireframes, and other UX deliverables that represent your design thinking capabilities.
  • Use and contribute to our growing web and mobile design systems, to help with creating a scalable design foundation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand their needs and solve their problems.
  • Participate in design review sessions with other user experience designers and receive constructive feedback that will help you develop your design abilities.

Other requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
  • Have a portfolio of projects that demonstrates strong UX and UI skills, contextualised with solid           thinking and rationale.
  • High proficiency with Figma and Miro.
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise software design, or any other SaaS application will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Empathy, intellectual curiosity and openness to learning about shipping.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and being organised, when working on more than one project at the same time.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset. You appreciate that there are always ways to do things better and will speak up to ensure improvement in work, processes etc.
