Role Summary

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Systems & Data Analyst Apprentice to join our HR team in London. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as support our payroll system (ResourceLink) where necessary. For both systems, you will be a key point of contact for user and reporting queries. You will also work closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits during our annual compensation review process, and at this time you will work solely on key tasks to support this process, such as data inputting into our compensation system (Curo).

 

What you’ll be doing

• Act as a first point of contact for system user and reporting queries.

• Maintain and administer the environment with configuration such as new job titles, cost centres, work schedules etc.

• Coordinate the preparation, production and distribution of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

• Support system actions based on HR/yearly calendar e.g. performance and pay review cycles, holiday period-end processing.

• Partner with internal colleagues across the organisation, as well as 3rd party vendors as needed for system maintenance and first line of support for systems issues.

• Support system changes through to implementation, ensuring testing has been undertaken and changes are communicated effectively.

• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and integrity and support the delivery and implementation of this.

• Produce and maintain system documentation e.g., workbooks, training documentation etc.

• Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use.

• During our annual compensation review process, you will work closely on tasks related to support this process, such as but not limited to data inputting, reconciliation and cleansing.

• Provide support for cyclical and ad-hoc activity including projects and HR initiatives.

• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements
• Some experience within a similar data environment would be desirable
• Knowledge or experience of SuccessFactors an advantage but not mandatory
• Numeracy and strong MS Excel skills, with a good degree of comfort with technology and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of HR processes and experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion
• Highly organised, with the ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Able to use initiative, with a proactive approach
• Willing and able to learn quickly
• Flexible in being able to work to meet the needs of the business
