Role Summary
The person in this role will be responsible for preparing disbursement accounts and liaising with offices and accounts team members to resolve issues in accordance with Company procedures, Regulatory and Statutory Requirements, H&S Systems and the company’s Quality System.


What you will be doing
• Preparation of final Disbursement Accounts, reconciled to Sage 200 Project Accounting.
• Sending final invoices with backing documentation to customers.
• Working with accounts and operational teams to resolve customer queries and disbursement queries, including reallocation of costs between disbursement accounts or jobs.
• Raising ad hoc Sales Credits as required.
• Occasional purchase ledger duties.
• Ad hoc tasks as required by accounts team or operational offices.

Skills & Experience
• Disbursement experience
• Numerate and PC literate, able to use Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service oriented
• High attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Good problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines
