Role Summary

We are seeking a Services and Sales Administrator to join the team in our IJmuiden office. The role will be a combination of sales, procurement, office admin work and warehouse work, the amount of each will vary depending on the business needs of the day. The ideal candidate will have a commercial background with experience in sales, administration and warehouse tasks.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sourcing materials from our suppliers as per customer’s requests for quotation.
  • Creating quotations and making commercial offers for our customers.
  • Help maintain client satisfaction and respond and resolve customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Sales order entry and monitoring on time delivery of open sales orders.
  • Place purchase orders, updating stock system and ensure administration is kept up to date.
  • Communicating effectively and working closely with colleagues in the team and in the office.
  • Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Quality, and Security compliance standards.
  • Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business, including;
  • Picking & packing products to be dispatched locally and internationally.
  • Ensuring customers receive the correct goods on time and in excellent condition.
  • Taking deliveries and ensuring stock is sorted and processed.
  • Maintaining stock records and completing all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.

  • Full clean NL driving licence

  • Reliable and trustworthy with a good work ethic
