Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable embroidery machine operator to join us in our Great Yarmouth office. The ideal candidate will have a background in embroidery duties however not essential as full training will be provided for the correct candidate. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy with excellent troubleshooting skills is required.

What you will be doing
• Responsible for undertaking general embroidery duties.
• Setting up, operating and maintaining embroidery machines.
• Selecting correct logos, threads & colours and adjusting artwork accordingly.
• Troubleshooting, quality control duties, and ensuring all projects are completed to clients’ specifications.
• Heat sealing logos onto garments.
• General alteration work.
• Picking and packing of garments/orders. • Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

What we are looking for

Skills & Experience
• Embroidery experience however full training will be provided for the successful candidate

• Textiles experience would be helpful 
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Highly organised and efficient working manner
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with people at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines
• Team player, who is also able to work well independently
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
