Explore the World of Offshore Energy as an Aviation Operator at Clarksons Port Services

Come aboard Clarksons Port Services, a dynamic company in the vibrant world of Offshore Energy Services, with locations embracing the North Sea from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom. We provide ship agency services, warehousing, logistics, project services, and helicopter operations for Offshore Energy-related clients. With strategically located branches in Den Helder, IJmuiden, and Eemshaven, we have built a strong organized network to expertly support our clients from any offshore-related port in the Netherlands. Our team at Den Helder Airport is seeking a new colleague Aviation Operator.

As an Aviation Operator, you will primarily focus on the daily operational support for outgoing and incoming helicopter flights and all aspects of helicopter cargo handling. You'll have extensive customer contact, meticulously handle (customs) formalities, and arrange any subsequent transportation. Your workplace is located at our site at Airport Den Helder, but you may also be deployed to our other airports both domestically and internationally where Clarksons Port Services operates for its clients.

Do you possess:

• A completed MBO 4 degree preferably in logistics.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Dutch.

• Customer-oriented and service-oriented attitude.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Preferably some experience in logistics services.

We leveren scheepsagentuurdiensten, warehousing, logistics, project services en helikopteroperations voor Offshore Energy gerelateerde klanten. Vanuit onze strategisch gelegen vestigingen in Den Helder, IJmuiden en Eemshaven hebben wij een sterk georganiseerd netwerk opgebouwd, om onze klanten vakkundig te ondersteunen vanuit elke offshore gerelateerde haven in Nederland. Ons team op Den Helder Airport is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega Aviation Operator.

Als Aviation Operator houd jij je vooral bezig met de dagelijkse operationele ondersteuning voor uitgaande en binnenkomende helikoptervluchten en alles op het gebied van helikoptervrachtafhandeling. Je hebt veel klantcontact, handelt nauwgezet de (douane)formaliteiten af en regelt eventueel vervolgtransport. Je werkplek bevindt zich op onze locatie op Airport Den Helder, maar je kan ook worden ingezet op onze andere luchthavens in binnen en -buitenland waar Clarksons Port Services voor haar klanten opereert.

Beschik jij over:

• Een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding bij voorkeur in logistieke richting.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Engels en Nederlands.
• Klantgerichte en dienstverlenende instelling.
• Goede kennis van MS Office, met name Excel.
• Bij voorkeur al enige ervaring in de logistieke dienstverlening.
