Operators
Operators are responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of a voyage agreed by the broking team.
Operators are highly responsive,have excellent organisational skills, are experts at establishing workflows and patterns that allow them to stay in control of a constantly moving workload with great attention to detail.

Analysts
Analysts collect, analyse and present essential data used by shipping professionals. They monitor markets, manage complex databases of market information and partner with broking teams to facilitate decision-making.
Analysts are highly numerate, have strong logic skills, exceptional attention to detail and natural flair for data analysis and visualisation.
